Rachana Shah

Rachana Shah has a diverse background in the fashion industry, with experience in various design roles across several companies. Starting as a Design Intern at Norisol Ferrari LLC in 2015, Rachana then progressed to positions including Assistant Designer and Senior Design Consultant at Payal Khandwala, where responsibilities involved managing production samples and liaising with vendors. Rachana further expanded expertise as a Structured Wovens Intern at Anthropologie and as a Menswear Designer at Faherty Brand, contributing to the menswear collection. Currently, Rachana holds dual positions as Print & Colour Designer III at ELOQUII and Print & Colour Designer at CUUP, showcasing a strong focus on print and color design in contemporary fashion. Rachana is an alumnus of Philadelphia University.
