Madeline Schwindt is a dynamic hospitality leader with a decade of experience in luxury hotels, private residences, and condo operations in premier destinations such as Las Vegas and the Vail Valley. They have held various roles including Front Desk Representative and VIP Manager at Park Hyatt Beaver Creek, Director of Room Operations at Hyatt Residence Club, and currently serve as Senior Destination Manager at Cuvée. Madeline is passionate about building strong teams, mentoring emerging talent, and creating exceptional guest experiences that reflect the local lifestyle. They are pursuing degrees in Hospitality Administration/Management and Spanish and Iberian Studies at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
