Barry Royko

Barry Royko currently serves as the Executive Director of Talent & Organizational Development in Human Resources at Cuyahoga Community College, a role held since January 2013, where efforts are focused on designing performance and learning resources to foster a high-performing culture. Prior experience includes a tenure as Human Resources Manager at Nestlé Professional, managing HR functions for 250 employees and serving as a key advisor to senior management, and previously as Human Resources Manager at TTI Floor Care North America, overseeing HR teams across multiple facilities. Barry Royko holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources from Cleveland State University.
