Chandra Arthur is currently the AVP, Program Accreditation & Healthcare Initiatives at Cuyahoga Community College. Chandra has extensive experience in assessment, accreditation, and curriculum development. In their current role, they are responsible for leading accreditation efforts for the college's healthcare programs. Chandra also oversees initiatives to improve student outcomes and satisfaction.
Ms. Arthur is currently a Doctoral Candidate (Doctor of Education - Ed.D.) at Franklin University, studying Organizational Leadership-Higher Education Leadership. Chandra also holds a Graduate Certificate from Kent State University in Institutional Research and Assessment. Ms. Arthur's previous degrees include a Master of Accounting and Financial Management (M.A.F.M.) from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, where they studied Accounting and Finance, and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Eastern University in Business Administration and Management, General. Her undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Keuka College in Public Administration/Management. Ms. Arthur also holds certifications from QM Quality Matters in Master Certified Peer Reviewer and Peer Reviewer Course, McGraw-Hill Education in Digital Faculty Consultant, Ohio Benefit Bank in My Budget Coach, and The University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business in Effective Grant Proposal Writing - Non-Profit Executive Program.
