Delia Pfister

Delia Pfister is the AVP of Academic Professional Development for Online Learning & Technology & Articulation & Transfer at Cuyahoga Community College. Delia has over 10 years of experience in higher education, with a focus on adult degree completion programs. Delia has a proven track record in developing and implementing strategies to attract, recruit, and enroll highly qualified, talented, and diverse adult students. Delia is also responsible for budget planning, allocation, and day-to-day management for their department. In their previous role as DIRECTOR of the ADULT DEGREE COMPLETION PROGRAM at Lake Erie College, they led a team of staff and faculty in providing oversight for admissions, recruiting, marketing, and curriculum development. Delia is known for their collaborative leadership style and their commitment to student success.

Delia Pfister has a Ph.D. in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from Kent State University, a Master of Arts in Interpersonal Communication from Ohio University, and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication with a minor in Studio Art from Ohio University. Delia also attended Gilmour Academy.
