Eric Gordon

Eric Gordon serves as the Senior Vice President of Student Development and Education Pipeline at Cuyahoga Community College, collaborating closely with Dr. Michael Baston and the President's Cabinet. In addition to this role, Eric Gordon is the owner of Flash Education Consulting, LLC, specializing in solving complex educational challenges. Previously, Eric Gordon held leadership positions within the Cleveland Metropolitan School District, including Chief Executive Officer/Superintendent, where responsibilities included implementing the Cleveland Plan for Transforming Schools, and Chief Academic Officer, overseeing K-12 Curriculum and Instruction. Earlier roles include Executive Director of Secondary Learning at Olentangy Local Schools and Principal at Olentangy Liberty High School. Eric Gordon holds a Master's degree in Educational Administration and Supervision and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education and Teaching, both from Bowling Green State University.
