David Costa has extensive experience in the field of developmental disabilities, currently serving as a Support Administrator and Habilitation Specialist at the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities since August 2000. Responsibilities include the development and implementation of programs that enhance individual independence and coordination of services among various stakeholders. Previously, David worked as a House Manager and Habilitation Assistant at Stonewood Residential Inc., where responsibilities involved coordinating care services, ensuring resident rights, and providing direct support for individuals with disabilities. David began a career in healthcare as a Physical Therapist aide at Aristocrat Berea and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from The University of Toledo.
