Jared Daly is a seasoned professional in workforce development with extensive experience in supporting individuals with disabilities. Currently serving as the Regional Coordinator of Workforce Development at the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities since September 2013, Jared educates local businesses on hiring advantages, hosts training sessions for HR professionals, and connects qualified job seekers with employers. Previous roles include Associate Director of Career Services at Lincoln College of Technology, where Jared developed corporate contacts and managed the Career Services team, and Lead Job Placement Professional at Goodwill Industries, where responsibilities included staff supervision and organizing job fairs. Jared's earlier experience includes working as a Child Care Worker II at Cleveland Catholic Charities, focusing on clients with developmental disabilities, and food and beverage management at Oak Tree Country Club. Jared holds a B.A. in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Lake Erie College.
