Patrick Lynch has extensive experience in the field of developmental disabilities, currently serving as Provider Search Coordinator and previously as Support Administrator at the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities since November 2012. Prior to this role, Patrick worked as an Enrollment Advisor at the University of Phoenix from February 2009 to November 2012. Patrick holds an MBA in Business Administration from The University of Phoenix, completed between 2009 and 2011, and possesses a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Chemistry minor from Cleveland State University, earned from 1995 to 1998.
