Richard Rowlett

Richard Rowlett is the Director of Clinical Services at Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities and also the Owner of Behavioral Health Consulting Group, Inc. Additionally, Richard serves as an Adjunct Instructor at Cleveland State University. Richard holds a PhD in Counseling Psychology from Kent State University, an MA in Clinical Psychology from Cleveland State University, and a BA in Psychology from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
