Cassie Baird

Cassie Baird is currently serving as a Branch Services Clerk at Cuyahoga County Public Library since October 2023. With a robust background in education, Cassie has held various teaching positions, including English Teacher at Rawson Saunders School (November 2021 - June 2023) and Middle School English Teacher at Westmark School (August 2017 - June 2021). Previous experience includes roles such as Guided Study Teacher at Halstrom Academy and Tutor at HS2, where Cassie provided homework support and prepared students for standardized tests. Additional teaching roles at institutions like the Institute for the Development of Young Leaders and Durham Public Schools focused on Language Arts for middle school students. Cassie began teaching English at Kiev Christian Academy and also has experience in data management from working as a Data Entry Specialist at Cedarville University. Currently pursuing a Master of Library & Information Science at the University of North Texas, Cassie holds a Bachelor of Arts in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Cedarville University.
