Angeline Gill

Angeline Gill, MLRHR, serves as the ERP (HRIS) Business Systems Administrator at Cuyahoga County since 2013, with previous roles including Program Officer and Human Resources Analytics Specialist, where analytical support was provided to HR Leadership and HR data reporting was standardized. Additionally, Angeline excelled as a Special Projects Coordinator, producing high-quality documentation and processes to meet organizational needs. Experience also includes directing social media for the Cleveland State SHRM Affiliate Chapter and a foundational career starting as an Administrative Assistant at the Cuyahoga County Division of Children and Family Services. Angeline holds a Master’s Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources from Cleveland State University and a BA in Philosophy and Studio Art from Baldwin Wallace University.
