Cedra Westbrook

Cedra Westbrook has extensive experience in employee relations and human resources, currently serving as Employee Relations Manager at Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority since June 2012. Responsibilities include managing pre-disciplinary conferences, conflict resolution, union grievances, arbitrations, and investigations related to unemployment compensation. Previously held the position of Human Resources Business Partner with similar responsibilities at Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority and served as Human Resources and Safety Manager at Advancement LLC. Additionally, Cedra managed HR functions as Campus HR Director at Cuyahoga Community College from 2003 to 2007.
