Donald Butler, Director of Information Technology of CMHA, joined the Authority in 2001. He brings over 20 years experience in the public sector and non-profit field, currently overseeing the agencies computer hardware, software and telecommunication needs. Butler has held multiple positions at CMHA throughout his 18-year tenure including Assistant Director of Resident Services, Acting Director of Resident Services and Implementation Administrator of Information Technology.
In his previous role in the IT Department, he coordinated the conversion and implementation of the public housing software application used throughout the agency. Butler received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and Political Science from Tougaloo College and a Master of Public Administration Degree from Bowling Green State University.
