Before joining CMHA, Jeff was in private practice with a focus on corporate and business matters, engaging clients to recognize that risk is inherent in all business activity and questioning business assumptions to attain the best outcomes on risk/rewards. He aspires to do that which is right rather than that which is compliant and is a process-oriented leader with a keen sense of how processes and the values that animate them, shape outcomes. Wade holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Liberty University and a Juris Doctor Degree from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He is admitted to the practice of law in the State of Ohio and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
