Kelly Fuller

Kelly Fuller possesses extensive experience in information technology and project management, currently serving as the Special Projects Administrator and Deputy Director of IT at the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority since January 2012. In this role, Kelly leads a team responsible for system implementation and support, managing various agency-wide projects, including Financials and Procurement. Prior to this, Kelly spent a decade at Cleveland Clinic, holding positions such as Customer Relationship Manager and Director of Technical Services, where significant contributions included enhancing service delivery and overseeing infrastructure projects with substantial budgets.
