JoEllen Dutcher is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in product management and merchandising. Currently serving as the VP of Product at Cuyana since July 2018, JoEllen oversees all product functions, including merchandising, design, product development, and inventory management. Previously, as Head of Merchandising & Design at Cuyana, JoEllen successfully evolved the product vision and strategy, launched multiple best-selling items, and emphasized sustainable materials. Prior roles include Category Head for eBay Home, where JoEllen led an $800M business and drove growth strategies, and Director of Merchandising & Licensing at Banana Republic, where JoEllen managed accessory and fragrance teams, achieving record sales and profitability. JoEllen also played a crucial role as Senior Merchandising Manager at Banana Republic, launching the eyewear business from inception.
