Wendy Yu

Wendy Yu is the current Chief Digital Officer at Cuyana. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Marketing at Kabam from March 2010 to March 2016. Wendy has also worked as a Manager for Consulting & Strategic Services at Rosetta from August 2007 to March 2010.

At Kabam, Wendy was responsible for retention marketing, loyalty, and customer service efforts across all Kabam games. Wendy also led the global customer service organization which delivered support for all Kabam titles across multiple platforms and 10+ languages.

At Rosetta, Wendy defined scope of client engagements, determined project schedules and timelines, created project budgets, and ensured projects met financial goals. Wendy also developed consumer segmentation structures for clients in a variety of industries. Wendy’s segmentation process includes market research design and execution, rigorous data clustering and analysis, marketing communications and strategy development, and client presentations.

Some key client engagements that Wendy has been a part of include leading the development of syndicated segmentation for apparel, accessories, and luxury retail markets; developing targeting communications strategy for a leading non-profit organization’s membership renewal campaign; and creating new customer segmentation for an online greetings client.

Through their various experiences, Wendy has proven to be an excellent leader and manager with a keen eye for detail. Wendy has successfully completed numerous projects on time and within budget while always maintaining a high level of quality. Wendy’s experience makes their the perfect candidate for the Chief Digital Officer position at Cuyana.

Wendy Yu has a MBA in Marketing from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
