María Vento has experience in HR, organizational culture, and market analysis. María is currently the Head of People Operations at cuyna, where María leads strategic HR initiatives. Prior to this, María worked at Great Place To Work Spain as an Organisational Culture Diagnosis and Best Workplaces Manager, helping companies improve their culture. With a background in psychology and HR management, María also worked as a market analyst and HR Technician at different companies. María holds a Master's degree in Neuropsychology, Multiple Intelligences, and Mindfulness, as well as a degree in Psychology and HR management.
