While the medical campus is in Crosby, Minnesota, CRMC draws market share from a much broader region. With 25 operating beds and $120 million in net patient revenues, CRMC established itself as a key asset in the beautiful lake country of eastern Crow Wing County. CRMC has strategically partnered with health institutions to provide a broad array of services that are not typically available at critical access hospitals and has numerous branded service lines. This healthcare system is a testimony to the positive, can-do spirit of its leadership, physicians, and staff. Working together, they established an integrated, 40-acre campus with a state-of-the-art hospital, technologically advanced surgical suites, advanced life support ambulance, senior housing, and a long-term care facility. There are also three physician clinics in Baxter, Breezy Point and Longville. CRMC has 1,020 employees and a medical staff of 60 physicians and 23 advanced practice providers, which includes 15 surgeons and 45 primary care providers.
