Kim Blank has a diversified work experience in the field of human resources. Kim served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Cuyuna Regional Medical Center from November 2018 to the present. Prior to that, they worked as the Human Resources Director at Lake Region Healthcare from December 2015 to November 2018. Kim also served as the Director of Human Resources at PRAIRIE COMMUNITY SERVICES from June 2015 to December 2015. Additionally, Kim worked as the Volunteer Coordinator and Human Resource Compliance officer at Lake Region Healthcare from June 2011 to May 2015. Kim started their career as a Career Planner at Stearns-Benton Employment & Training Council from October 2009 to June 2011. Lastly, they served as a Human Resource Specialist at Automotive Parts Headquarters, Inc. from 2007 to 2009.
Kim Blank holds a Master of Arts in Management-Human Resources (MAM-HR) degree from The College of St. Scholastica. Kim completed this program in 2007. Prior to their postgraduate studies, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, which they completed in 2002.

While the medical campus is in Crosby, Minnesota, CRMC draws market share from a much broader region. With 25 operating beds and $120 million in net patient revenues, CRMC established itself as a key asset in the beautiful lake country of eastern Crow Wing County. There are also three physician clinics in Baxter, Breezy Point and Longville. CRMC has 1,020 employees and a medical staff of 60 physicians and 23 advanced practice providers, which includes 15 surgeons and 45 primary care providers. More than 8,500 surgeries are performed annually. CRMC has a strong balance sheet with a solid operating margin and is the largest employer on the Cuyuna Range and the second largest employer in Crow Wing County. CRMC is recognized nationally, regionally, and in the state for excellence. The hospital is accredited by The Joint Commission; The Commission on Cancer; and the Commission on Office Laboratory Accreditation. The Cuyuna Lakes has nearly 6,000 year-round residents and thousands more seasonal residents and visitors. The Cuyuna Country State Recreation Area boasts over 500 lakes and 25 miles of forested shoreline. There are over 30 miles of groomed mountain biking and ATV trails, swimming beaches, a variety of parks, two golf courses, and over 30 camp sites available.
