Mary Novotny has over 35 years of experience in medical billing as a Data Processing Specialist at Cuyuna Regional Medical Center, where expertise in Meditech billing software and customer service has been utilized to maximize insurance reimbursements and troubleshoot claim issues. Additionally, Mary serves as a certified Advance Care Planning Facilitator through Honoring Choices Minnesota. Prior to this, an independent sales representative for Avon from 2001 to 2016, Mary successfully established a customer base, fostered relationships, and supported local charities, all while providing excellent customer service. Mary holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Business Administration from Alexandria Technical College.
