Denise Algarin

Denise Algarin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in payroll management and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Payroll & Benefits Manager at CVC since April 2019, Denise oversees payroll for a diverse global workforce. Previously, Denise held the role of Payroll & Benefits Manager at Avenue Capital Group, managing payroll across the US, Europe, and Asia for 200 employees, and at Perry Capital, where key contributions included implementing HR policies and enhancing recruiting processes. Denise began the career as an Executive Assistant at Shorewood Packaging, providing high-level support to the CEO and CFO. Denise holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from New York University.
