Henrik Zadig

Henrik Zadig is a Principal and Operating Partner at CVC Capital Partners since March 2023, focusing on deal sourcing and execution of value creation strategies across portfolio companies in Europe. In addition to this role, Henrik serves as an Executive Advisor for both Odevo and Hempel A/S, and is a Board Member at Packeta Group and a Board Observer at Cary Group. Previously, Henrik was CEO of Pierce Group from September 2016 to December 2022, leading the largest online retailer in the European motorcycle industry. Henrik has also held significant positions at Staples as SVP & GM for the European Online Division, and at American Express in various roles including VP & GM for Global Digital, Membership Rewards & Marketing Platforms, and Director of Strategic Planning. Early career experience includes a management consultant role at McKinsey & Company and heading sales and customer service at Ancoria Insurance Public Ltd. Henrik holds an MBA from INSEAD and degrees in International Business Administration and Economics from Lund University, along with studying at ESCP Business School and Copenhagen Business School.
