Jay Bryant

Jay Bryant is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in senior management roles at prominent investment firms. Currently serving as Managing Director at CVC Capital Partners since April 2014, Jay is also a Registered Representative of CVC Funding, LLC. Previous positions include Managing Director at BlueMountain Capital Management from May 2008 to March 2014, Director of CDO New Issue at Deutsche Bank from February 2006 to March 2008, and Director at Merrill Lynch from 1997 to 2005. Additionally, Jay held the position of Vice President at Utendahl Capital from 1992 to 1996. Educationally, Jay Bryant holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a BA in History & East Asian Studies from Harvard University.
