Jessie Baxter

Jessie Baxter is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at CVC Capital Partners since July 2022, Jessie previously held roles at White & Case LLP, including Counsel and Associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice from October 2010 to June 2022.
