John Kelleher

John Kelleher currently serves as Managing Partner and Global Head of Portfolio Operations at CVC since June 2025. Prior to this role, John was a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company from October 2015 to May 2025, where John contributed to the RTS, Strategy & Corporate Finance, and Private Capital Practices and led significant transformation programs across various industries. John's experience also includes a position as Senior Vice-President in Brookfield's Operations Group, where John focused on business transformations for a diverse portfolio, and as CEO for both RHB Group and Black's Photo Corporation, where John successfully led turnarounds and strategic initiatives. John holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, both earned with distinction.
