John Kelleher

John Kelleher is a seasoned professional with extensive leadership experience in portfolio operations and business transformations across various industries. Currently serving as Managing Partner and Global Head of Portfolio Operations at CVC since June 2025, John previously held senior roles at McKinsey & Company, including Senior Partner, where John led significant transformation programs and was involved in the Private Equity Special Operations and Transformation Business. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Vice-President at Brookfield, CEO at RHB Group and Black's Photo Corporation, and co-founding RH Capital Partners, where John focused on acquiring and transforming underperforming businesses. John began a career as a Business Analyst and later an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, after completing an MBA and MPA at Harvard and an HBA at Ivey Business School.
