Welcome to Corporate Venture Capital Studio, where we help CEOs unlock hidden growth within their organizations.

As part of the CVC Fund (Funds I & II, $200M each), we partner with leadership teams to build and scale new ventures from within, without disrupting core operations and already overworked teams.

Our approach is simple:
Launch focused SkunkWorks initiatives, validate quickly, and convert them into independent, revenue-generating spin-offs. We fund it ourselves with our own risks in close consultations with CEOs and boards.

What typically takes years internally, we deliver in 6-7 months, from concept to commercialization and positive cash flow.

Our venture funds fund these initiatives with our own capital, significantly reducing upfront risk for the corporation. Once a venture is proven and cash-flow positive, it becomes far easier to secure formal board approvals and scale with confidence. These projects become outstanding projects for private equity investors and funds.

If you’re exploring new growth engines beyond your core business, we should talk.
