Stephen McKinney has extensive experience in the beverage manufacturing industry, currently serving as Warehouse and Blending Operations Manager at Distell International Ltd since August 2020. Previously, Stephen held the position of Bottling Team Leader at Burn Stewart Distillers Limited / Distell since August 2012, overseeing the bottling of key whisky brands while ensuring high-quality output. Stephen's career includes roles as Bottling & Blending Manager at Distell from January 2016 to August 2020 and Bottling Manager at Chivas Brothers from October 1991 to February 2011, where management encompassed significant bottling operations. Additional experience encompasses work at Cape plc and various early career positions focused on supply chain and industrial engineering. Stephen holds a BEng (Hons) in Industrial Engineering & Manufacturing Systems from the University of the West of Scotland and certifications in project management and Six Sigma.
