Community Volunteers in Medicine (CVIM)
Debra Ciuba, DNP, APN, PMHNP-BC, serves as a volunteer Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Community Volunteers in Medicine since June 2023. Previously, Debra worked as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at CPC Integrated Health from January 2020 to May 2023 and held the position of Nursing Coordinator for Psychiatric Emergency Services at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Rahway from April 1992 to December 2019. Additionally, Debra has experience as a Clinical Adjunct Instructor in Psychiatric Nursing at Seton Hall University and worked as a Public Health Nurse for the City of Elizabeth during the early 1990s. Debra's educational background includes a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing from Rush University, a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Seton Hall University.

Community Volunteers in Medicine (CVIM)
CVIM is a community-based, volunteer nonprofit organization providing quality, coordinated medical and dental care to low income, working people in the Chester County region without insurance, enabling them to continue to be contributing members of the community. The program is designed to provide services for those individuals whose income is at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty guidelines and are not eligible for Medical Assistance, Medicare, VA benefits or the Children’s Health Insurance Program. CVIM welcomes clients without discrimination because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, marital status, age, sexual orientation, handicap, or ability to pay for health care services.
