Eilis O'Donnell

Eilis O'Donnell is a strategic leader currently serving as the Strategy and Impact Director at CV Life since 2024. They have held various roles in education and community development, including teaching English and Psychology at Teach First from 2010 to 2013, and serving as a South West Cluster Manager at IntoUniversity from 2015 to 2017. Eilis was also an Advisory Panel Member for The Catalyst Collective, which supports mentoring relationships for Black professional women and teenage girls. They possess a background in account management, having worked at Burnett Works and Halpern Cowan, and have contributed to women's leadership initiatives as a Nominations Assistant for the Ministry of Women's Affairs in 2014. Eilis holds a degree from The Institute of Education, U. of London, where they studied from 2011 to 2013.
