Scott Sowerby

Scott Sowerby has extensive experience in the fitness industry, currently serving as Membership Sales Manager and Fitness Instructor at CV Life since August 2014, where responsibilities include maintaining gym standards and customer support. Scott founded Sowerby Personal Training in August 2015, delivering tailored fitness programs to clients until March 2023. Additionally, Scott gained valuable experience as a Strength and Conditioning Intern with Coventry Rugby from January 2016 to August 2017, leading player warm-ups for a National League 1 team. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Customer Service Advisor at Staples from September 2009 to September 2011. Scott holds a Master’s Degree in Strength and Conditioning from Coventry University and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Coaching Science from the University of Chichester, alongside A Levels in Media from Coundon Court Sixth Form.
