Kelly Frey

Kelly Frey, CRO, brings over 20 years of connected vehicle technology experience in executive and ownership positions to his role at CVO. Kelly was co-founder and CEO of BigRoad (acquired by FleetComplete); EVP at Turnpike Global Technologies (acquired by XRS/Omnitracs); and VP at Telogis (acquired by Verizon Connect). Kelly also held executive positions with Descartes Systems Group and CN Rail.

Kelly believes that CVO, as an industry technology leader, is truly at the epicenter of the connected vehicle and V2X revolution. Kelly states “CVO is well-positioned to deliver increased value to its customers with products and services for fleet compliance, safety and financial optimization.”

Kelly’s contributions at CVO include daily activities to energize stakeholders and encourage visionary focus on a common purpose. Through his leadership in sales, marketing and customer service, Kelly is driving exceptional revenue growth and retention.

Kelly is a proud husband and a father of six boys. Three dogs and two cats are also part of the household. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science from Wilfrid Laurier University (Waterloo, Canada) as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, Canada.
