Patty Mazerolle

Patty Mazerolle has served as CVO’s Human Resources (HR) Leader since October 2018. Patty has nearly 20 years of HR leadership expertise with organizations such as American Traffic Solutions, ADP, Insperity and General Electric. She has focused on leveraging people strategies to achieve company goals, and has extensive experience partnering with C-Level executives.

In her role at CVO, Patty leads the company’s human capital strategies including talent management, culture and engagement, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, and learning and development.

Patty holds a master’s degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee as well as Certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.
