Courtney Cameron

Mr. Cameron has been involved in the affordable housing industry for over ten years.

For the past seven years, he has been overseeing the day-to-day inspection operations on several CVR engagements, including Westchester County (NY); New York City, NY; Irvington, NJ; Morristown, NJ; and Montgomery County (MD). Combined, he ensures Housing Quality Standards (HQS) are met for over 12,000 voucher units annually and maintains Section Eight Management Assessment Program (SEMAP) high-performer standard in all indicators directly or indirectly related to HQS requirements.

Mr. Cameron also provides technical assistance to CVR clients, focusing on efficiency and process improvements. He works with clients to streamline and minimize redundancy in operational processes.

Mr. Cameron holds a master’s degree in Management, a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, a certification in Procurement and Contract Management, a Certified Specialist of Inspection, and a Certified Specialist of Occupancy.
