Duane Knight

Mr. Knight has over 15 years of experience in housing and community development and is currently leading CVR's Newark, NJ, operation.

He previously served as the Senior Performance Manager in the firm's White Plains, NY, office. His work for CVR clients include improving internal operating procedures, developing program metrics, creating staff performance improvement work plans, implementing comprehensive document management systems, and ensuring compliance with HUD rules and regulations.

Before joining CVR, he managed the Quality Control process for the Superstorm Sandy Housing Incentive Program (SSHIP) with the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, managing the processes for payments to 10,000 grantees in 90 days. Also, as the Client Services Manager at the Miami-Dade Housing Choice Voucher Program, he helped the program achieve High Performer designation under SEMAP.

Mr. Knight received a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and a Master's of Public Policy from Georgetown University in Washington, DC.
