Fradique A. Rocha

Mr. Rocha, co-founder and Co-CEO of CVR, has served the affordable housing industry for more than 30 years, providing program assessments, improvement plans, policy and procedure development, business improvement processes, hands-on technical assistance, and direct program management. His responsibilities include contract oversight and hands-on management for CVR's engagements with housing agencies and HUD across the country, including the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.

Considered one of the nation's experts in the development of affordable housing, Mr. Rocha has extensive experience drafting and negotiating contracts for the development and management of affordable housing properties. He has managed over $2 billion in mixed-finance redevelopment projects on behalf of CVR.

Prior to founding CVR, Mr. Rocha served as General Counsel for the Boston Housing Authority and Managing General Partner of a development company. He received his juris doctor degree from Boston College and his bachelor's degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth.
