Ms. Campbell’s more than 25 years of executive experience in the affordable housing industry has included work regarding public housing, vouchers, community revitalization (Rental Assistance Demonstration [RAD], Choice Neighborhoods, Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, etc.), and resident self-sufficiency initiatives.
Her expertise includes assessing and problem-solving complex housing authority issues, to which she brings the skills of operational improvements, strategic planning, policy development, communications strategies, and community relations.
Prior to joining CVR, she served as a Presidential Appointee to HUD’s Office of Public and Indian Housing (PIH), where she advised the HUD Secretary and Assistant Secretary on housing authority operations, development, grant performance, and compliance. She also served on the executive management team of the San Antonio Housing Authority, during which she led the agency’s strategic planning activities and participated on the team that produced more than 5,000 affordable housing units.
She earned her bachelor’s degree with magna cum laude honors from Trinity University (TX).
