Patrita Cummings

Ms. Cummings has 29 years of experience with the Affordable Housing industry. She currently functions as Special Projects Director with CVR, where she directs and coordinates activities within the Housing Choice Voucher Program.

In this role, she develops training plans, monitoring and reporting tools, and leads cross functional teams on data management, operations planning and milestone tracking for implementing strategic initiatives.

Prior to this position, she worked with the Housing Authority of Kansas City for nine years as their Director of Housing Operations and functioned as Manager of their Section 8 Department for 16 years.

She has also worked with the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America as its Executive Director of its non-profit Home Ownership Program.
