Raine Schreiner

Ms. Schreiner has 23 years’ experience in affordable housing and community partnerships and is currently leading CVR’s Buffalo, NY operation in partnership with the Buffalo Municipal Housing Authority. She has provided management and consulting services to housing authorities across the United States. Her expertise includes Housing Choice Voucher, Project-Based Voucher, Special Purpose Voucher management utilizing direct referral community partnerships including the CoC, relocation counseling, and quality control.

Prior to joining CVR, Ms. Schreiner was Senior Director for the Buffalo City Mission, including oversight of LIHTC transitional, PSH, and emergency housing. She has extensive experience in building strategic frameworks for rendering services in housing for crisis intervention, stabilization, and developing strong community partnerships for maximizing program utilization.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Community Mental Health from University of New York at Buffalo and is NAHRO certified.
