Sanjiv Jain

Mr. Jain’s expertise was gained through over 25 years of affordable housing construction experience. He currently provides technical assistance to the Gary Housing Authority (GHA), where he oversees administration of the Modernization and Development program, including capital planning and budgeting, construction oversight, and grant management. Mr. Jain is also currently assisting GHA with a redevelopment and repositioning strategy for demolished and underutilized agency sites.

Prior to joining CVR, Mr. Jain served the Chicago Housing Authority (CHA) for nearly 20 years as Vice President of their Capital Construction Division, where he oversaw the design & delivery of over 4,000 residential units; demolished approximately 200 high/mid/low-rise building structures comprising over 18,000 residential units; and was responsible for the agency’s Capital Planning and Improvement projects with annual budgets in excess of $150 million. He also served as Project Executive at All Chicago Inc., a general contractor firm, where he was responsible for managing project planning, cost estimations, and construction.

Mr. Jain has bachelor’s degrees from Purdue University and Bombay University (India) as well as numerous construction-related certifications.
