Allison Luedecke

Allison Luedecke has a strong background in internal audit and risk management. Allison began their career at Protiviti in 2006, where they worked as a process consultant and later became a manager. During their time at Protiviti, they gained significant experience in the energy industry, particularly in projects related to Sarbanes Oxley compliance. In 2012, they joined PetroLogistics as the Manager of Internal Audit, where they played a crucial role in establishing the internal audit department and ensuring governance requirements were met. In 2014, they joined CVR Energy, Inc. as the Operations Risk Manager and later progressed to the position of Director of Internal Audit. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Internal Audit at CVR Energy, Inc.

Allison Luedecke obtained their B.B.A. degree in Finance from Texas A&M University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, they have obtained a Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. in February 2023.
