Jeff Conaway

Jeff Conaway, CPA has a diverse work experience in the accounting field. Jeff currently holds the role of Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer & Corporate Controller at CVR Energy, Inc. since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Commercial & Operations Accounting at the same company from August 2020 to August 2021.

Before joining CVR Energy, Inc., Jeff worked as an Assistant Controller at Patterson-UTI from February 2019 to August 2020.

Jeff also has extensive experience with CITGO Petroleum, where they held various roles. Jeff worked as a Senior Advisor from November 2017 to February 2019. Prior to that, they were the Assistant Controller for Manufacturing & Operations Accounting from July 2014 to November 2017. Jeff also served as the Manager of Light Oils Inventory Control from January 2013 to July 2014 and as the Manager of Technical Accounting from August 2010 to January 2013.

Jeff began their career at KPMG US, where they spent a significant amount of time. Jeff worked as an Audit Senior Manager from July 1997 to August 2010, with a promotion to Audit Manager in July 2002.

Throughout their career, Jeff has demonstrated their expertise in accounting, financial analysis, and strategic planning. Jeff has also shown their ability to lead and manage teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Jeff Conaway, CPA has a strong educational background in accounting. Jeff obtained their MBA/BBA degree in Accounting from Angelo State University, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Following their education, Jeff Conaway obtained their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Texas State Board of Accountancy in September 2000.
