Tia Hapner-Tieman

Tia Hapner-Tieman is a seasoned professional in graphic design and art direction, currently serving as the Company Owner of Quack & Beans, LLC since May 2023, while also holding the position of Art Director at CVR since February 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Graphic Design Specialist at Moser Consulting, Director of Communications and Social Media Co-Chair for AIGA Indianapolis, and Visual Designer at Valve+Meter Performance Marketing. Tia has extensive experience in creative management from roles at Hoosier Park and a foundational role as a Teller at Farmers and Merchants Bank. An educational background includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Purdue University Fort Wayne. Early work at Blueberry Acres laid the groundwork for customer service and operational skills.
