Nhat Tran

Nhat Tran, PharmD, BCPS, currently serves as a Clinical Pharmacist in the Specialty Case Review Unit at CVS/Caremark, a position held since November 2021. Prior experience includes working as a Health Outcomes Pharmacist at Walgreens from October 2019 to October 2021, where consultations focused on optimizing drug therapies for chronic disease management in a multidisciplinary, senior-focused primary care clinic. Nhat Tran's experience also encompasses a role as a Pharmacist at Kansas Rehabilitation Hospital, verifying medication order entries, and positions at CVS Health and CVS Pharmacy, including an internship that began in January 2014.
