Rich Love

Rich Love is an experienced professional in the field of digital product and business analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst for Digital Product at CVS/Caremark since December 2021, Rich is responsible for defining requirements and business needs. Prior experience includes a role as a Sr. Business Analyst at CVS Health, where similar responsibilities were undertaken. Before joining CVS, Rich held multiple positions at Cerner Corporation, focusing on client support relationships and project support, demonstrating a strong ability to collaborate, troubleshoot, and manage client interactions. Additionally, Rich has experience in IT support and systems management from earlier roles at Cooke Communications and a leadership background in organizational management as Co-President and VP of Membership for the Association of IT Professionals at East Carolina University. Rich holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from East Carolina University.
