Anisha Kapil

Anisha Kapil is an accomplished professional currently serving as Lead Director of Enterprise Experience & Growth and Lead Director of Enterprise Strategy at CVS Health since October 2022. Prior experience includes various roles at Kearney from July 2017 to September 2022, culminating in the position of Manager and Chief of Staff to the Head of Americas. Anisha began their corporate career at Kimberly-Clark, where roles spanned from Customer Development Associate to Category Development Analyst for the Kroger and CVS teams between July 2011 and July 2015. Additional experience includes an MBA Consultant position with the World Bank Group in 2016 and a Buying Intern role at Dick's Sporting Goods in 2010. Anisha holds an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from the University of Michigan (2015-2017) and a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Marketing, Management, and French from Indiana University (2007-2011).
