Carolyn Scully

Carolyn Scully has extensive experience in strategic execution and operations management, having held various roles at CVS Health from June 2020 to February 2025, including Senior Manager in Strategy Execution and Manager of Retail Operations Strategy & Implementation. Carolyn participated in CVS Health's General Management Development Program, which includes rotational assignments across different segments of the enterprise. Prior to CVS Health, Carolyn gained valuable experience through internships at Miami University, where roles included Service & Leadership Coordinator and Human Resources Student Staffing Intern, and at Bon Secours Mercy Health as a Human Resources Physician Recruitment Intern. Carolyn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communication, Psychology, and Human Capital Management and Leadership from Miami University.
