Catherine Idema

Catherine Idema is an accomplished health equity leader with a diverse background in public health, human-centered design, and community engagement. Currently serving as the Lead Director of Health Equity at CVS Health, Catherine previously held roles including Senior Consultant at Fathom Consulting and Manager of Programs and Learning at Health Leads, where significant contributions included leading collaborative initiatives and developing strategies to enhance healthcare access and affordability. Catherine's experience encompasses various positions in organizations such as Anthem, UCLA, and the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, focusing on program design, community partnerships, and research analytics. Catherine holds a Master's degree in Public Health from UCLA and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Grand Valley State University.
