Chad Hayes

Chad Hayes is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management. Chad has held various positions at CVS Health from October 2022 to March 2025, including Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner, Manager, HR Business Partner, and HR Business Partner. Prior to this, Chad worked as an HR Business Partner at Amazon from December 2019 to August 2021 and served as a Technical Recruiter at Aerotek from January 2017 to January 2019, focusing on recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.
