Deborah Daly

Deborah Daly has over 25 years of experience in marketing operations, customer analytics, and inventory management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Lead Director of CRM Marketing Operations & Strategy at CVS Health since August 2018, Deborah previously held roles at Staples, including Senior Manager of Customer Loyalty Analytics, where leadership of an analytics team focused on customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. At Staples, Deborah also led inventory planning and management efforts, developing financial sales forecasts and creating a new demand planning team. Prior experience at J. Jill Group as Director of Planning & Inventory Management involved overseeing purchasing and inventory for various sales channels. Deborah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations/Marketing from Boston University.
